PHOGame Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

Eligibility

PHOGame is an online betting and gaming platform intended for use by residents of the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted by applicable law. To open and maintain an account with PHOGame, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party or corporation.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from PHOGame or any affiliated platform.
• You are not listed as a problem gambler by any government or regulatory authority in the Philippines.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, or close family member of any of the above of PHOGame or its affiliated companies.

PHOGame reserves the right to request proof of identity and age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys national ID, SSS card, GSIS card, driver's licence, or passport). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

To use PHOGame's betting and gaming services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid email address, a working Philippine mobile number, and your date of birth.

You may only maintain one active PHOGame account. If PHOGame identifies that you have opened duplicate accounts — whether intentionally or by mistake — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any winnings or bonus credits accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and your primary account may be subject to review.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHOGame login credentials. PHOGame will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact PHOGame support immediately.

PHOGame may, at its discretion, decline to open an account or close an existing account without providing a reason, provided that this is done in compliance with applicable regulations. Account balances at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

Deposits and Withdrawals

PHOGame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are currently supported:

Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification is complete. PHOGame does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees. PHOGame is not responsible for third-party transaction charges.

Funds deposited into your PHOGame account must be wagered at least once before they are eligible for withdrawal. This requirement applies to cash deposits, not bonus funds — bonus funds have their own wagering conditions as described in Section 5.

Betting Rules

PHOGame offers betting markets across sports (including the PBA, NBA, football, and volleyball), live casino games, and card games. By placing a bet on PHOGame, you accept the following conditions:

• All bets are final once confirmed. PHOGame cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where stated otherwise in specific market rules.
• Bets placed on markets where the result has already been determined (due to a technical error or otherwise) will be voided and the stake returned.
• If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• PHOGame reserves the right to limit bet amounts for any market or any individual account at its discretion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (a so-called "palpable error"), PHOGame reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes, even if the bet has been settled.
• The minimum bet amount on sports markets is ₱500. Minimum bet amounts for casino and card games may vary by game.

Official results for sports markets will be taken from the governing body of the sport in question (e.g., PBA official results for Philippine basketball, FIFA official results for football). In cases of dispute, PHOGame's determination is final.

Bonuses and Promotions

PHOGame runs various promotions for new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and referral rewards. The following general conditions apply to all PHOGame promotions:

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from cash funds in your PHOGame wallet. Bonus funds must satisfy wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds on PHOGame is 10x the bonus amount. So a ₱500 bonus requires ₱5,000 in total qualifying wagers before it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are fulfilled by placing bets with cash or bonus funds. Not all game types contribute equally — sports bets typically count 100%, while certain casino games may count at a lower rate. Check individual promotion pages for specifics.
• PHOGame reserves the right to cancel a bonus or remove a player from a promotion if fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is detected.
• Bonus offers have expiry dates. Bonus funds not used before the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

Prohibited Conduct

PHOGame operates on the basis of fair play. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Identity fraud — creating an account using false information or impersonating another person.
• Multiple accounts — registering more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion — working with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sports markets.
• Match fixing — placing bets on events where you have prior knowledge of a fixed result, or attempting to influence any sporting event you are wagering on.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotions in ways that are contrary to their intended purpose, including low-risk or risk-free wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements.
• Using automated tools — using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or access PHOGame's systems without authorisation.
• Chargebacks — initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been deposited and used at PHOGame.
• Money laundering — using PHOGame to deposit and withdraw funds for purposes other than legitimate gaming activity.

PHOGame monitors all accounts for suspicious activity and cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.

Responsible Gaming

PHOGame is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become a problem for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

PHOGame provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits — set a maximum amount you can lose within a set time period.
• Session time limits — set a reminder after you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from PHOGame. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Account Termination and Closure

You may close your PHOGame account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to you, subject to identity verification, provided there are no outstanding issues related to fraud, bonus abuse, or unresolved disputes.

PHOGame reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Regulatory requirements or court orders that necessitate account action.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. PHOGame will notify you by email before applying a dormancy fee to the account balance.

In cases where an account is closed by PHOGame due to a breach of these terms, any balance associated with bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

Limitation of Liability

PHOGame provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. PHOGame will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use PHOGame.

PHOGame's total liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits PHOGame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

Amendments to These Terms

PHOGame reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PHOGame will notify registered players by email and display a prominent notice on the platform for at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of PHOGame after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may close your account as described in Section 8 before the new terms come into force.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter your rights, or updates required by regulatory changes — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
